The Appleton Electric LR58 is a 1-1/2 inch FM8™ Grayloy-iron Unilet Type LR conduit outlet body designed for use in Class I Div 2 hazardous locations. The body is made of Grayloy iron with a triple-coat finish (zinc electroplate, chromate, and epoxy powder coat) in gray color, while the cover screw is stainless steel and the gasket is neoprene. Measuring 9.13 inches in length and 4.03 inches in width, the outlet body has a capacity of 42.5 cubic inches and features two hubs at a 90-degree angle with right-side access opening. It is suitable for use with rigid and IMC conduit, and is approved to UL 514A/B and CSA C22.2 standards. The LR58 is designed for commercial, industrial, and hazardous location applications, and complies with NEC, CEC, and NEMA FB-1 standards.
